What we collect

When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if you provide it), suburb, the services you're interested in, property type, project stage, budget indication and any message you write.

We also record which page the enquiry came from and, where applicable, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar). This tells us which of our efforts are useful.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we hold the contact details and the content of that conversation.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site assessment, prepare a quote, carry out work you've asked for and provide ongoing support.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they may be commercially relevant, and client records for as long as we support your system or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Sharing

We share information only where it's needed to do the work — for example with a registered electrical contractor or a supplier arranging a delivery to your address — and only what's needed for that purpose.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand which pages are useful and how visitors reach us. These measure page views and actions such as clicking a WhatsApp button; they are not used to build advertising profiles of you.

Campaign parameters are held in your browser for the duration of your visit so that an enquiry can be attributed to the right source.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we'll action it.
